The text contains a report of a review conducted by a committee at the Claremore Indian health service unit in oklahoma. The review was requested due to allegations of mismanagement, harmful medical practices, and discrimination. The committee found that while there were some communication problems between supervisors and employees, the charges against the service unit director and the director of nurses were unfounded. The committee also found that supervisory nurse stella Richards had a problem with communication and was often rude to employees and patients.
