The Dayton Hudson Corporation has announced that it will be selling the major assets of John A. Brown department stores to Dillard Department Stores Inc. All John A. Brown store employees will be offered jobs by Dillard's. Dayton Hudson Corporation will continue to operate Target and B. Dalton stores in the state. The company is committed to reinvesting in the communities where they do business.
