The text is a letter exchange between Bryce N. Harlow and James R. Jones. Harlow thanks Jones for his help in getting an Oklahoman appointed to head the Bureau of Indian Affairs. Jones expresses his appreciation and invites Harlow to visit his office. In a previous letter, Harlow had mentioned running someone's name up the Administration flag pole for consideration. Jones acknowledges this and hopes for a positive outcome.
