The text is a letter from Congressman James R. Jones in response to a letter from Jack Cariker, President of the Associated Independent Electrical Contractors of America. Jones discusses his support for the Public Works Development and Investment Bill, his opposition to bills providing equal treatment for craft and industrial workers, and his commitment to considering the views of the Association on legislative issues.
