Tim Gilpin, a twelve and a half-year-old, wrote a letter to Congressman James R. Jones expressing concern about the lack of care for senior citizens in the country. Tim highlighted the importance of providing financial and medical relief to older Americans and urged Congress to take better care of them. Congressman Jones responded, thanking Tim for his thoughtful letter and informing him about the passing of a bill to strengthen the Older Americans Act.
