The text consists of a series of letters between Congressman James R. Jones and Buddy Wall regarding the improper assignment of a non-Indian teacher at the Seneca Indian School. Wall expresses concern about the violation of Indian preference and requests investigation into the matter. Congressman Jones assures Wall of his assistance and follows up with updates on the actions taken by the Bureau of Indian Affairs. Ultimately, the issue is resolved with the non-Indian teacher no longer being assigned additional duties.
