The Carter County Chickasaw Tribal Council has requested a complete audit of the Oklahoma Johnson-O'Malley program due to dissatisfaction and disruption in its operation. They believe that the funds are not being used properly and want to ensure that the interests of the Indian people in Oklahoma are being protected. They have requested that the National Indian Leadership Training conduct the audit and have notified relevant officials of their resolution.
