Letter from United Indian Tribes of Western Oklahoma and Kansas to Carl Albert in Support for the Menominee Restoration Act

The United Indian Tribes of Western Oklahoma and Kansas submitted Resolution No. 28 in support of the Menominee Restoration Act to the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
