The Quapaw Tribal Business Committee is seeking administrative assistance for the development of the Quapaw Tribe in order to achieve self-determination for Native Americans. They have proposed various economic enterprises such as a cooperative market, land reclamation, a nursery, a motel, and a race track to create jobs and take the tribe out of welfare.
