Letter to Carl Albert from a constituent about Preserving Indian Education: A Call for Action

The text consists of a series of letters regarding the reduction in funding for the Title IV Program of the Indian Education Act. Students from Idabel Schools express their concerns about the program being cut and urge the Speaker of the House to take action. The Speaker responds, acknowledging the importance of the program and promising to contact the Chairman of the House Subcommittee on Interior Appropriations.
