The text is a letter from Representative Carl Albert to Choctaw Nation Principal Chief Jimete, in which Albert expresses his hope that he can expedite the release of payments owed to the Choctaw Nation. He also suggests that a copy of Jimete' s letter be sent to the responsible party, Mr. Roberts, in order to apply pressure for a resolution.
