Identifier: CAC_CC_001_4_13_74_0034
The text contains a letter from Carl Albert to Jimmie, in which Albert discusses the situation with the Choctaw Nation in Muskogee. He mentions that he will write to Roberts about the Cornelius and Garvin cases, but notes that these cases are in Jarman's district. He suggests that they get other Congressmen involved, as both Jarman and Steed have a lot of Choctaws and Chickasaws in their districts. Edmondson, the Democratic Congressional nominee from Muskogee, also has a Choctaw County in his district, and Albert suggests that he be invited to the McAlester meeting.
