Mrs. Mary E. Grant writes to Congressman Carl Albert to recommend Overton James for the position of Governor of the Chickasaw Nation. She states that she believes he is well-qualified for the job and that many members of the Chickasaw Tribal Nation have also sent letters of support for him.
