The Indian Health Care Resource Center of the Native American Coalition of Tulsa, Inc. is writing to Dewey F. Bartlett to express their appreciation for his efforts in seeking funding for the Indian Health Care Improvement Act. They explain that they are in the process of establishing an urban medical clinic in Tulsa and enclose their budget for the project. They express their hope that the Act will be fully funded in order to improve the health status of Native Americans across the country.
