This text contains the Menominee Restoration Act, which extends Federal recognition to the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin and reinstates all rights and privileges of the tribe that were diminished or lost under the Act of June 17, 1954. The Menominee Restoration Committee, elected pursuant to this Act, shall represent the Menominee people in the implementation of this Act and shall have no powers other than those given to it in accordance with this Act.
