The text is an invitation from 1st Lieutenant Shelia M. Davenport of the Coed Affiliates Pershing Rifles to Fred R. Harris, Senator, to be the keynote speaker at their National Convention in Washington on Friday evening, March 24. Unfortunately, Davenport and Harris will both be out of town that weekend. Davenport commends Harris and the work he is doing to unify all the other CAPER drill teams into a national organization, and wishes him the best.
