The Southwest Cooperative Educational Laboratory (Southwest Cooperative Education Laboratory) is an organization designed to improve education through research and involvement. The Laboratory programs seek to involve as many people as possible in the development of innovative methods and materials for the classroom. The Advisory Panel, made up of 36 members from the region, provides input and feedback on projects. The Laboratory also has four field offices, each headed by an Area Director.
