The text is a memo to Harris, discussing whether or not the senator can attend a meeting on the same day as the Indian Achievement Banquet. It is doubtful that the senator would be able to attend both, and it is suggested that she go to Oklahoma on the day before the banquet to speak to the AWS at Central State College.
