The text contains a letter from Fletcher Baker, State President of the Oklahoma Community Action Director's Association, to Mrs. Fred Harris, Chairman of the Women's Advisory Council on Poverty. Baker invites Harris to be a guest speaker at the Association's quarterly meeting, which has been rescheduled from January 18th and 19th to January 11th and 12th. Baker expresses regret that her husband, Senator Fred Harris, will not be able to attend the meeting, but hopes that Mrs. Harris will be able to participate.
