Mrs. Fred R. Harris has been appointed Chairman of the Women's Advisory Council on Poverty, and she has resigned from her position as President of Oklahomans for Indian Opportunity. She is interested in the Council's future and plans to keep Director Richter informed of its activities. Richter expresses his appreciation for Mrs. Harris' work and offers his support.
