Mrs. Genevieve Blatt, Assistant Director of the Executive Office of the President, writes to Mrs. LaDonna Harris, Chairman of the Women's Advisory Council on Poverty, to discuss the possibility of presenting our problem at an upcoming meeting of the Council in May. Mrs. Blatt expresses hope that something can be arranged at that time.
