The Women's Advisory Council on Poverty met on June 4 to discuss follow-up action from their recent conference. They decided to send letters to conference delegates and presidents of organizations, asking for feedback and information on new plans and programs that were developed during the conference. They also discussed the possibility of publishing a conference report, and asked for nominations for additional members to the Council.
