This act provides for the disposition of funds appropriated to pay judgments in favor of the Kickapoo Indians of Kansas and Oklahoma in Indian Claims Commission dockets. The funds will be divided based on tribal membership, with a portion set aside for individuals under the age of 21 or with legal disabilities. The funds distributed per capita will not be subject to federal or state income taxes. The Secretary of the Interior must approve plans for the use of the funds, and is authorized to establish rules and regulations to carry out the provisions of the act.
