Mrs. J.F. Bossham, an enrolled Choctaw Indian from Texas, wrote to Hon. Carl Albert inquiring about a settlement for the Choctaw Indians. Mr. Albert forwarded her letter to the Bureau of Indian Affairs for a response. Mrs. Bossham received a response from the Bureau stating that her inquiry had been sent to the Area Director for consideration. Mr. Albert continued to follow up on the matter and provided Mrs. Bossham with updates on the progress of her inquiry.
