The text is a letter from Rep. Carl Albert to Ms. Ann Watley thanking her for recommending Mr. John Spaan for the Executive Officer position in the Oklahoma City Area Office of the Public Health Service's Indian Health Division. Rep. Albert explains that strong letters of recommendation were sent on Mr. Spaan's behalf, but a vacancy announcement has been reissued and all qualified applicants will be considered. Rep. Albert appreciates Ms. Watley's support and agrees that Mr. Spaan has done a good job for the Indian Health program.
