The Tulsa Council of American Indians endorsed Mr. John Spaan for the Executive Officer position in the Public Health Service's Indian Health Division in Oklahoma City. They believe he is qualified for the position and would be dedicated to serving the Oklahoma Indian community. Congressman Carl Albert thanked them for their endorsement and assured them of his support.
