The letter is a report on Indian meetings attended by Mr. Griffith, expressing support for John Spaan to be named Executive Officer of the Oklahoma City Area office of the Public Health Service's Indian Health Division. Mr. Griffith also expresses concerns about voter unrest and dissatisfaction with the government, and urges Congressman Carl Albert to secure as many votes as possible. He also highlights the positive impact Mr. Spaan could have on relations with the Indian community.
