Mrs. Musman wrote a letter to Carl Albert expressing support for a per capita distribution of judgment claims for the Cheyenne and Arapaho Indian Tribes. She requested an individual distribution of the claims, rather than the existing programs recommended by the Bureau of Indian Affairs. Albert thanked her for her input and stated he would keep her thoughts in mind when legislation on the matter is considered.
