The text is a response from man Dick Armey to a concerned citizen about the high costs of operating courts in America. Armey supports reforming product liability laws to reduce costs, and has introduced a bill to do so. The bill would require lawsuits to be brought in the state where the product was purchased, prevent frivolous lawsuits, and award punitive damages to the Crime Victims' Fund. Armey believes this bill would lower prices and taxes by preventing wasteful lawsuits. He appreciates the citizen's input and offers assistance in the future.
