The Vice President Al Gore received a letter of endorsement from Representative Dick Armey inviting him to the 1997 Dallas Ambassadors Forum. However, due to scheduling conflicts, he regretfully declined the invitation. He thanked Representative Armey for the invitation and wished the Forum success.
