Mr. Folsom wrote to Mr. Albert regarding the delayed payment to members of the Choctaw and Chickasaw Tribes for the sale of their lands. The full amount is included in a bill that is being held up in the Appropriations Committee. Mr. Folsom hopes for a quick resolution and expresses concern about the delay. Mr. Albert assures him that he is working towards a resolution and asks for patience.
