Carl Albert, M.C., responded, explaining that payments to deceased members will be distributed to their heirs after proof of heirship is provided. Living enrolled members will be paid first, with notices sent out in August. Mrs. James responded, thanking for the information and asking for clarification on how payments to deceased members will be handled.
