Mrs. Wade is inquiring about her son's entitlement to payment as an heir of his father, a member of the Choctaw and Chickasaw Nations. She is encouraged to ask for heirship notices in August. Mrs. Wade also mentions issues with obtaining a divorce certificate for her son.
