Mr. Berry received a letter from Congressman Carl Albert regarding the settlement of payment to members of the Choctaw and Chickasaw Nations for the sale of their coal lands to the government. The letter explains that payments will be made to living enrolled members first, with proof of heirship required for deceased members. Payments will be made within sixty days. Mr. Berry is invited to ask any further questions or seek additional assistance.
