The letter is from Don Bluejacket to Lt. Governor George Nigh regarding the potential interest of the Cherokee Tribe in operating the Tra-Vel facility in Catoosa, Oklahoma. Bluejacket had previously discussed the matter with Ross Swimmer, Chief of the Cherokees, who expressed interest in negotiating with the state. Bluejacket suggests that Swimmer contact Nigh to set up a meeting to discuss the potential partnership.
