Mr. Talbert thanks Congressman Carl Albert for his help in securing payment for the Choctaw and Chickasaw Nations for the sale of their lands to the government. He also expresses gratitude for assistance in getting a traffic signal installed and appreciates having a congressman who is willing to help in times of need. Congressman Albert assures Mr. Talbert that the enrolled members will be paid first and that he is happy to assist further if needed.
