Mr. Colbert thanks Mr. Albert for his efforts in helping to settle the payment issues for the Choctaw and Chickasaw Nations. Mr. Albert informs Mr. Colbert that payments will be made to living enrolled members first and that he will continue to support legislation related to their interests. Mr. Colbert expresses gratitude for Mr. Albert's support and hopes for action on their Salary Bills.
