The letter from Mr. Null to Hon. Carl Albert requests that his payment for coal lands sold to the government by the Choctaw and Chickasaw Indians be rushed due to his poor health. Mr. Albert responds, informing Mr. Null that the Indian office is working to settle payments quickly, with living enrolled members to receive lump sum checks within sixty days. Proof of heirship notices will follow, and Mr. Null is assured that he will receive his payment soon.
