Mrs. Lena Wheat Flynn is inquiring about payment for the sale of coal lands by the Choctaws and Chickasaws to the government. Congressman Carl Albert informs her that payment will be made to living enrolled members within the next sixty days, and proof of heirship notices will be sent out in August.
