Mrs. Davis received a letter from Congressman Carl Albert informing her that payment for coal and asphalt lands to the Choctaw and Chickasaw tribes will be made in the next sixty days. He also mentioned the possibility of a Federal old age pension program and assured her of his support for it. Mrs. Davis expressed her gratitude for the payment and also requested support for a medical pension law to receive more adequate financial assistance. She thanked Congressman Albert for his efforts and sent her best wishes.
