Keeper Johnson, a candidate for Creek chief, is running on a platform of health, education, and land reform. He plans to implement a health program based on a Medicare-type system, establish a contract program for Indian health care, and provide counseling for Indian youths. Johnson also aims to address issues with land reform and improve education for Creek Indians. He is among five candidates in the upcoming chief election.
