The Bureau of Indian Affairs has approved a recontacting proposal for the Adult Education Program of the Creek Nation of Oklahoma, subject to availability of funds and formal negotiations. Discussions will include budget details, personnel issues, policy, and the completion date of the contract. Approval is needed for elected tribal officials to receive salaries from the funds. The completion date of the contract is set for August 31, 1978.
