Mr. Robert D. Coy filed a damage claim as a result of sonic boom tests in Oklahoma, but it was disapproved by the Federal Aviation Agency. The claim was investigated and found to be for old damage, with no evidence of new damage caused by the sonic booms. Mr. Coy was informed of the disapproval and given the option to appeal, but as of the latest update, he had not taken further action. Senator Monroney expressed his concern and promised to look into the matter further.
