The letter is from Senator Robert S. Kerr to Mr. Dan B. McDevitt, stating that the location of the new NASA manned space flight laboratory will not be determined until Congress passes a bill providing funds for it. Senator Kerr expresses appreciation for Oklahoma's efforts to be considered as a location for the facility. Mr. McDevitt sends a telefax to Senator Kerr, urging him to work on getting the $60 million NASA space laboratory located in Oklahoma for moon launch development.
