The letter is from Malvina Stephenson to Dr. I. M. Levitt, Director of The Fels Planetarium, thanking him for his column in the Congressional Record and informing him that Senator Kerr plans to attend the opening of the planetarium on September 17. Stephenson suggests that Levitt inform Senator Kerr of any changes in plans and expresses a desire to see him soon.
