Mr. Steve Hogan wrote a letter to Senator Robert S. Kerr requesting information on the formation of a corporation to operate a communication satellite system. Senator Kerr responded saying that the bill creating the corporation has passed the House and is now before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. He mentioned that the stock issuance depends on the final decision in the Senate, and it is uncertain when the Senate will make a decision. Senator Kerr also mentioned that he would send a copy of the proposed bill separately.
