The letter is from the Lions Club in Broken Bow, Oklahoma, requesting co-ordination and unity of information for their fight in McCurtain County. A joint committee has been formed with members from the Lions Club and Chamber of Commerce, with Herbert Welch as chair. They request all information to be sent to Welch and hope to meet in Washington on April 4, 1960.
