Michael J. Kirwan committee in Washington, D.C. on April 4. Lloyd E. Church expresses hope for his first appearance before a congressional committee and mentions that Harold Norris and others will be accompanying him. The letter is signed by Lloyd E. Church and includes the names of other board members.
