Guy H. James, Chairman of the Oklahoma Water Resources Board, is writing to Hon. Carl Albert to inform him that he will be leaving Little Rock, Arkansas on April 3 to appear before the Rep. Michael J. Kirwan committee in Washington, D.C. on April 4. Lloyd E. Church expresses hope for his first appearance before a congressional committee and mentions that Harold Norris and others will be accompanying him. The letter is signed by Lloyd E. Church and includes the names of other board members.
