The text is a letter from Carl Albert, a Congressman from Oklahoma, to Mrs. Arnie Wickson regarding the payment to the Choctaws and Chickasaws for the sale of their coal and asphalt lands. Albert informs Wickson that payments will begin in July and advises her to ensure that the Agency has her current mailing address to avoid any delays in receiving the payment. Wickson had previously sent a postcard expressing her urgency for the payment. Albert assures Wickson that the payments will be made soon and offers further assistance if needed.
