Mr. Edward Sockey from Bokoshe, Oklahoma is seeking to have his restrictions removed and has been in communication with various agencies and representatives, including Carl Albert, M.C. The Muskogee Office has found that Mr. Sockey's educational loan has been paid off, but he has not followed up on his application for removal of restrictions. Carl Albert is trying to assist Mr. Sockey in resolving the matter.
